Return Policy

You may return your item within 7 days after receiving it for a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your kit must be in the same condition that you’ve received it, unworn / unused with the tag and its originally package.
If you receive the incorrect size, we will only consider an exchange if the mistake is our end. It is imperative that you choose the correct size, see our size chart.

Customers will be liable for the shipping costs of returned items. Proof of purchase must also be included in the return package. Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp / Instagram that a replacement has been ordered.
For refunded items, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Custom Jerseys

Note that all personalized items cannot be refunded or returned. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order to avoid any issues.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
if your kit fails to meet your expectation, please contact us at your earliest. You can request an exchange or refund for faulty.

Shipping Policy

At Drip Gear, we're committed to offering a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Our Monthly Bulk Order normally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive in South Africa. We place an order with our suppliers oversea on the last Friday of each month, where we combine all clients orders into one.
We use The Courier Guy for door to door delivery, R120 around Pretoria / Johannesburg areas and R150 to other cities in SA.

Accurate Address Information

Be sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Drip Gear cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details.

Please note that, on rare occasions, delays from our suppliers may affect the processing time for certain orders. This could extend the estimated delivery date slightly, but rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
